Wow, yet another successful Cars & Coffee supercar breakfast run thanks to Last Lion Lifestyle and sponsored by Lamborghini South Africa.
Cars & Coffee is a global supercar community which exists in almost 30 countries around the world and was founded by like minded supercar owners who wanted to admire each others cars over a cup of coffee and network with people with the same interests in special private car collections.
In South Africa, Cars & Coffee was founded by Last Lion Lifestyle, which was established in February 2015 and started out as an exclusive supercar owners club, founded by Ish Kaskar, respected entrepreneur and Supercar owner. Now they have a database with over 200 supercar owners nationwide, sell exclusive branded apparel at events and organize the biggest supercar events around the country.
This past weekend, held another massive gathering of horse power and a soundtrack of rolling thunder. Some of the special beasts that were invited, featured the likes of Ferrari 458 Speciale, Ferrari Dino, Ferrari 355 GTS, Lamborghini Huracàn, Lamborghini Aventador, McLaren 570S, Porsche 911 GT3RS, Porsche Turbo S, Lotus Evora, Audi R8, Nissan Skyline, Aston Martin DB9, Jaguar F-Type S and many more. The turn out was around 100 supercars with everything from exotics, to classics, rare tuners and some modern hybrids. Every petrol head and car enthusiast was talking horsepower and torque while enjoying a good Cappucino at the new Lamborghini showroom in Century City, who hosted the starting gathering on Saturday morning, the 18th of November.
At around 10am it was time to hit the road for the breakfast run and enjoy a nice cruise over Sir Lowry’s pass into Grabouw, while enjoying the winding roads and scenery, until a brief midway pitstop for re-grouping and re-fuelling was experienced. The drive then continued onwards over the Houw Hoek pass and then to the lunch destination at Wildekrans Wine Estate in Bot Rivier, where the participants enjoyed a lovely lunch and refreshments courtesy of Lamborghini South Africa.
Looking forward to the next event, don’t forget to invite your supercar owner friends to join in on the next one and let’s keep growing the interest and love for cars.
